Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains high standards of merchandise display, customer service, and cleanliness.

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
