Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create a welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and assist customers effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate efficiently with the team.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
