Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of running a store to prepare you for managing your own location. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while guiding and developing the team.

• Supervise team operations to deliver top-tier customer service.
