Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the store's cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
