Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide friendly customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
