Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for customer service, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Aldi's competencies and professional skills in daily tasks
• Assist customers during their shopping experience
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform store inventory counts

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register
• Capacity to operate store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
