Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and uphold ALDI's high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and report feedback to management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
