Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Provide feedback on products, manage inventory, and follow company policies
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and uphold security protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
