Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
- Operate cash register and assist customers with purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
- Able to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
