Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by maintaining product displays, cashiering, and upholding high cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any issues to supervisors.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and retail equipment.
- Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and performing various physical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
