Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, developing and leading a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day activities, optimizing store performance, implementing action plans for improvement, and overseeing inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify and provide training opportunities for team development.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and proper signage.
- Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are adhered to.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, address customer concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
- Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and data security.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and provide excellent customer service.
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
