Open Sky Community Services is seeking an experienced financial professional to fill the role of Director of Contracts and Grants. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pre and post contract award administration, playing a vital role in enhancing the contract management infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract bidding, negotiations, and proposals.
- Manage the contract life-cycle for MOUs and sub-contracts.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports to funders.
- Collaborate with various teams to track and allocate funds appropriately.
- Work closely with the VP of Accounting & Financial Reporting on revenue documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance, grants, and staff management.
- Experience in leading cross-departmental teams and data analytics.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP and UFR a plus.
