As the Director, Life Claims and Investigations, you will lead the Life Company's claims and fraud investigation programs, ensuring exceptional member service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and oversight in claims processing and investigation.
- Develop and implement operational plans with senior management.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage fraud risks effectively.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
- Minimum 8 years of business experience with 3 years in Claims and/or Insurance Fraud.
- Proven track record in claims management and operational efficiency.
- US military experience or familiarity with life insurance claims are significant advantages.
