Minimum Qualifications
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
- Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio and have successfully completed an Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course.
