Job Description
Join Liberty Healthcare Management at Roxboro Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center as a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend shifts. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in assisting with nursing services, observing patient conditions, and ensuring high-quality care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall in compliance with the Nursing Practice Act.
- Delegate duties to nursing personnel while monitoring their work performance.
- Observe patients for symptoms, reactions, and signs of any adverse changes.
- Notify attending physician of emergencies and implement changes in orders as required.
- Perform any other assigned duties effectively.
Requirements
- High school graduate with a valid LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Willingness to work as charge nurses and provide quality care to patients.
- CPR certification and dedication to geriatric nursing.
- Attendance of in-service training and staff meetings as needed.
