Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will focus on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Uphold company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Previous retail experience beneficial
