Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure efficient store operations.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor and report inventory issues and provide feedback on products.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Experience in a retail setting is preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
