Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team! In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. Your responsibilities will include identifying training opportunities to enhance team performance and ensuring overall store performance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure store personnel adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
