Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our Jack in the Box store. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to provide guests with an exceptional experience. Your role will involve ensuring the quality of food, meeting guest expectations, and enforcing JIB standards and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience - Candidates should have at least 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Must be 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and be ServSafe certified where required. Proficiency in English is necessary, and additional language skills may be needed based on restaurant location. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
  • Physical Requirements - Ability to stand and walk most of the shift, lift 15-25 lbs, take orders, operate a cash register, and view video monitors.
