Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Construction Cost Project Analyst to join the National Real Estate Services team at Aldi, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the nation. In this role, you will be responsible for national construction cost management, collaborating with divisional real estate teams to assess construction bids and ensure project cost alignment with regional trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers to negotiate with contractors.
• Provide detailed bid analysis and pricing data to divisional real estate teams.
• Review construction documents and proposals to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance construction cost control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in RS Means software, construction cost indices, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
