Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and uphold store appearance standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on product quality and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
