Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Avis Budget Group enterprise. As a key member of our team, you will assist customers with the return of rental cars, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the return process of rental cars.
- Meet and greet customers, record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle damage.
- Check-in rental cars using our computer system.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the interaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors and in various shifts.
- Previous retail customer service experience is a bonus.
