Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Avis Budget Group team in Grand Rapids. As a key member of our enterprise, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience returning their rental cars while providing exceptional service.
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with the return of rental cars, including key handover, mileage recording, and damage assessment.
- Check vehicles into the system and deliver top-notch customer service throughout the process.

What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
- 6 months retail customer service experience preferred.
