Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is crucial for providing physical and Level II technical support to both customers and internal resources. Responsibilities include timely issue resolution, adherence to company policies, physical installations, and maintenance of the data center facilities. The role also requires maintaining a professional demeanor and supporting 24/7 operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide resolution and escalation for Facility and customer issues.
• Follow Data Center policies, processes, and procedures.
• Perform installations of Flexential services and maintain facility cleanliness.
• Operate Badge Access Security System and provide local access for vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in IT Support is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Windows operating systems and related technologies.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work in cold environments, and lift objects.
