Overnight Youth Counselor

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Overnight Youth Counselor to join Mount Prospect Academy in Campton, NH. As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will provide essential support and supervision to young individuals during critical nighttime hours, fostering their growth, stability, and healing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bedtime and wake-up routines, ensuring students are prepared for the day.
• Conduct regular bed-checks with compassion and adherence to policy.
• Provide crisis support to students in need, encouraging positive outcomes.
• Engage with students in meaningful programming and activities.
• Document services and incidents accurately and timely.
• Adhere to program policies and contribute to a positive program culture.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree, 60 college credits, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license, 21+ years of age, and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Pass background and pre-employment checks.
