We are seeking passionate Child Behavior Specialists to join our team at Assure Health LLC's Positive Leaps program in West Chester, OH. As a Child Behavior Specialist, you will provide a safe and therapeutic environment for children, implementing the Positive Leaps model of care and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Create a structured learning environment to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
• Interact professionally with children, families, and staff.
• Implement treatment goals and objectives.
• Collect and maintain clinical data.
• Communicate progress to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with laws, documentation, and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work.
• Ohio Social Worker License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with children of all ages.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
