Critical Infrastructure Manager I

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Critical Infrastructure Manager I to oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment at our data center(s). This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a mission-critical uptime of 99.999% and acts as a technical resource across various departments. The CIM I will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Execute and oversee data center operations, maintenance, and repair activities to uphold 24x7 uptime.
• Lead efforts to enhance Regional Operations and manage vendor relationships.
• Drive operational excellence and propose solutions for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide training and conduct facility tours.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with management training.
• 2+ years of experience in critical infrastructure operations.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data center operations.
• Military or trade experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical certifications.
• 3+ years of data center experience with expertise in building operations.
• Advanced management and technical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, lift, and travel as needed.

Base Pay Range

($81,100.00 - $91,900.00) Salary range for this role may vary based on experience and qualifications.
