Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in store management by overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and fostering team development through training opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities for team improvement.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
  • Supervise team operations and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards, manage inventory levels, and ensure product quality.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older with relevant management experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret company policies and drive performance.
  • Operational knowledge including cash register and equipment handling.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
