Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver outstanding customer service
• Implement company strategies and values to promote teamwork and employee engagement
• Manage customer concerns and maintain product quality and store appearance
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of store personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and manage budget goals
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and maintain a safe store environment

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills
• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication
• Proficient in operation of equipment and following safety guidelines
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and ensure quality
• Previous retail experience and management skills preferred
