Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi to prepare for leading and managing a store effectively. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will supervise daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing, develop operational plans, and mentor the team. This role offers a starting wage of $26.25 per hour with a great growth potential up to $98,500 in the first year*
Responsibilities
- Supervise team performance and customer service standards.

- Manage store signage, product quality, and customer concerns.
- Hire, train, and schedule store personnel effectively.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and conduct performance evaluations.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with management skills preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexible to travel for training within divisional requirements.
