Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing personnel, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving efficiency and safety within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks and activities of warehouse personnel.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance.
• Implement action plans to enhance operational performance.
• Train, develop, and evaluate warehouse team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Manage expenses, inventory, and efficiency to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the job.
