Job Description
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Crestwood team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. This full-time position offers shift differentials and competitive hourly wages.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
