Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and prioritize patient and family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate and observe patients/residents, reporting changes in condition.
• Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
