Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated FSQR Technician to join our team at Cargill. As part of the protein and salt business division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. This is a full-time hourly position in Fort Morgan, CO, offering competitive compensation of $25.75/hr.

Principal Accountabilities

• Monitor adherence to HACCP, SSOP, and quality specifications.
• Correlate with production on out-of-spec parameters.
• Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports when needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis for deviations.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
• Experience with hand tools and ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in cold environments.
• 12-month experience in manufacturing or similar environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food safety, quality, or food manufacturing experience.
• Previous Cargill experience preferred.
