2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. As a warehouse associate, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to excel in your responsibilities.

Position Type:

Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties for warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, walk, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
