Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a vital member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards, and collaborating with peers and warehouse management to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Handle merchandise relocation and product preparation for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

- Must be 18 years or older.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
