We are currently seeking a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $19.00-$23.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, fulfilling orders, and maintaining the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
