1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
