Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with established guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
- Coordinate and supervise activities of warehouse personnel to ensure timely product receiving, selection, and shipping.
- Monitor processes for inbound and outbound deliveries, implementing action plans to improve results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to direct reports, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Collaborate with other operational areas and communicate relevant information to support overall warehouse operations.
- Oversee inventory storage, compliance with safety guidelines, and federal/state regulations.
- Lead and facilitate Warehouse Associate meetings, training, and development activities.
