Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse teams are known for their dedication and hard work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
• Possess positive attitude and resilience.
• Ability to organize and execute tasks efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
