1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. You will be responsible for selecting and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, performing general cleaning duties, collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership, and ensuring overall warehouse efficiency. If you are detail-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety, we would like to hear from you.

Job Type

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Shift: 1st Shift - 7:15 AM start time
• Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
• Starting Wage: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise
• Clean warehouse to meet appearance standards
• Participate in inventory counts
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership
• Provide input for process improvements
• Inspect products for quality and safety

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment safely
