1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's cleanliness and appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
