Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Assist in inventory management and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
