We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will train on all aspects of successfully running a store, preparing you to manage your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while nurturing and guiding the team.
