Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to effectively manage store operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service. This role involves supervising daily activities, staffing, scheduling, and implementing operational plans while fostering team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations for optimal customer service.
• Uphold company values and communicate strategic goals to create a cohesive team.
• Address customer concerns and maintain product quality and store cleanliness.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, and training activities.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 and eligibility to work at Aldi.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.

Travel

Full-Time Store Manager Trainees may train at multiple locations within divisional requirements.
