Woodward Pizza Icehouse Staff Position

Responsibilities:

• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Prepare a variety of ingredients for cooking using kitchen equipment.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and service stations.
• Take food orders, process payments accurately, and handle phone orders professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Attend employee meetings and contribute to improvement suggestions.
• Report equipment and food quality issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good grooming and hygiene habits.

Schedule: Flexible scheduling, including at least one weekend shift.

Pay: Hourly wage plus tip pool.
