Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is actively seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at the Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks including repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance for our 296-unit apartment community. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks across various areas including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
- Conduct pool maintenance and janitorial services as needed.
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property amenities.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in apartment maintenance.
- Proficient in landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywall installation.
- Pool maintenance experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate various maintenance tools and equipment.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
Benefits
We offer competitive compensation with an hourly wage of $24-$28, full-time schedule Monday to Friday, employee benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) program.
