Job Description

We are seeking motivated RN New Grad Residency candidates to join our team at HSHS St. John's Hospital. Under the guidance of Registered Nurses, you will play a crucial role in promoting and restoring patients' health by providing comprehensive care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and supporting patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Complete the nursing process under RN supervision.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide physical and emotional support to patients and families.
• Supervise assigned team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (licensure in state of practice required).
• Preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Previous healthcare or service industry experience is beneficial.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
