Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support professional to join Architectural Ceramics Inc.'s team. As an integral part of the sales design team, you will play a crucial role in recording sales, building customer loyalty, and prospecting new clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting in maintaining the showroom, supporting the sales team to grow sales, identify opportunities, and close business deals.

Requirements

• Great merchandising, customer service, and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships quickly
• Typing speed of 50 wpm
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• Resourcefulness in meeting customer needs
• High energy, determination, and a 'get it done' attitude
• Experience in retail sales environment is a plus
• Solid computer, system, and math skills
