Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly general ledger close and prepare journal entries.
- Contribute to the annual audit process by preparing necessary deliverables.
- Maintain and test internal controls for financial integrity.
- Manage balance sheet account accuracy through meticulous reconciliations.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses for senior management.
- Provide guidance and review work of junior accountants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA designation preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or audit.
- Proficiency in GAAP, auditing standards, and Blackline ERP system.
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other functions.
- Excellent financial analysis, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Leadership experience and process improvement skills are advantageous.
